Returns / Refund & Cancellation Policy
We have 15 days Return Policy. You can either Exchange or Return your item within 15 days from delivery of your item.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (Invoice or Order Number)
In case if you feel the product is not right fit for you, you can always exchange the product for the right size. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for details on exchange of product.
For refunds you will need to send the product back to us. Please take a piece of paper, write down your order number and mention "Refund" on that. Send that piece of paper along with the product.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify that we have received your returned item.
Please note that the return item must be unused and in proper packing. Once we receive the item we will process your refund in 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that refund will be provided only for orders which are paid online. Refund will be credited to the same card or account used to make the payment.
For Cash on Delivery orders, only exchange can be made. Refund will not be provided for Cash on Delivery orders.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel the order, You can cancel your order before the item gets shipped. To cancel the order please mail us your order number with the reason for cancellation to CustomerCare@CrazyPunch.com
We will process your refund within 7 to 10 Working Days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
